I WAS BORN IN Bentonville, Arkansas and raised in Geraldine, Montana. In 1960 I moved to Parma, Idaho to attend the College of Idaho. After one semester, I went to work for Simplot Soil Builders in Nyssa OR. In 1965, I moved to Boise, ID and sold Life and Health Insurance until 1968 when I started working for the Idaho Air National Guard. Bought my first apartment house in 1969 and continued investing in Real Estate while at the Idaho Air National Guard until 1974. I became a licensed Real Estate Agent in 1972. At this time, I bought and sold property until 1978 while owning and managing a Telephone Ancillary and Welcoming business. During this time, I took Real Estate and financial courses at Boise State starting in 1968.

In 1978, I sold all of my businesses and Real Estate to travel and attend the University of Tennessee in Knoxville TN continuing with Real Estate and finance courses.

I moved back to Boise ID and purchased Telecon, a telephone Interconnect Company in 1981 and sold it in 1985. In 1985 I started selling Real Estate full time, Commercial RE Exchanging with Coldwell Banker. I have helped build 2 subdivisions that sold out, managed several subdivisions, and built condominiums. I continued working toward the distinguished CCIM designation and was a CCIM candidate until 2008. In 2000 I joined Keller Williams Realty Boise and was honored to receive the 2009 ACAR, Realtor of the Year. I have been actively selling Real Estate in the Boise Valley Area for over 30 years.

Outside Activities have been a large part of my life for many years. I have been an active Mason and Shriner since 1967, an Elk for over 40 years and also a Lion. I was the 39-W District Governor for the Lion’s International from 1974-1975 and in 2002, President of the Idaho Oregon Lion Sight and Hearing Foundation. I have also been involved with the City of Meridian, Idaho Impact Fee Advisory Committee for 8 years.
